This information when applied in your life will warm your heart, soothe your soul, and lift your spirit to a new level.

It’s important to understand that you are creating your life and that you take personal responsibility for your life.

This is the first step to turning your life around and keeping your sanity.

You will get through this, however, it is imperative that you have the right mindset. The better your attitude is the easier it will be for you to get through this experience, get the lessons, and move on with your life.

You must take on a positive mindset throughout this process and be thankful for all that you have. A positive mindset and being grateful will help move you in the new direction you wish to go in.

Now you need to remember…

One of the biggest things that stressed me out through my bankruptcy was the unknown steps and consequences of bankruptcy.

I had no idea how I would ever be able to purchase a car or any other big ticket item with a bankruptcy on my credit report.

Let me assure you, that you will be able to get a car and even a home in the future if you choose to.

In this article you are going to discover…

You can create a wonderful life after your debt has been cleared through the bankruptcy.

There is no reason for you to feel shame or guilt because you had to file bankruptcy. Look at this process and time as a better way to manage your financial future for yourself and your loved ones.

Take this time to slow down and appreciate what you have. Enjoy the simple things of life that you may have forgotten about or taken for granted. Like a quiet evening with your loved ones. Invite people over for a barbecue and potluck dinner.

There’s nothing like a good laugh, so read a funny book or watch a funny movie, these are great stress relievers.

Don’t forget if you are feeling alone or like a loser, please ask for outside help. Sometimes it just helps to share what you are going through with someone else. Find someone who you know and trust to just listen to you.

Get outside more in the fresh air, hiking, riding a bike or just sitting out in your backyard. Connect with Mother Nature and your Source for wisdom and strength.

Get clear on what you would like to have in your life, now that your old debt is gone.

Set some new goals for yourself and your family.

The most important thing

You are a good person and now is the time for you to create a new more positive life for yourself.

Rest assured it is natural to feel angry, worthless, sad and defeated. However, you don’t want to stay in these negative feelings because that will create more of what you don’t want. Dwelling on these negative feelings will not get you where you want to go.

Ask yourself what have you learned from going bankrupt? Everyone makes mistakes, it’s part of our growing and learning process.

Don’t beat yourself up over all of this.

Instead, commit to rebuilding your finances and your life. Use what you have learned and don’t create the same mistakes again.

Now that you have filed bankruptcy, you get a fresh start. You can apply this new life and fresh start to your emotional well being as well.

Learn from your mistakes and move on.

Remember what John Powell said, “The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.”
